Reach the employees traditional fitness messaging misses

My focus is the employees who feel busy, intimidated, or unsure where to begin — and the sessions are designed for them.

"I don't have time."
"I'm just not a fitness person."
"I never stick with it."

Each participant leaves with a personalized two-week plan, a manageable next step, and a simpler option for especially busy weeks.

Common questions

Are sessions virtual or in person?

Both. Virtual sessions run live over Zoom or your platform of choice, with no app or login required for attendees. In-person sessions are available in the San Francisco Bay Area, or anywhere in the US with travel.

Can you customize the session?

Yes. Tell me a bit about your team and what they're navigating, and I'll tailor the examples and recommend the strongest topic and format.

What fitness levels is this for, and is equipment needed?

All levels. Sessions are welcoming across fitness levels, body types, ages, and abilities, with no public participation required. No equipment or workout clothes are needed unless we arrange a hands-on movement segment in advance.

How much does a session cost?

Pricing depends on format, group size, and whether you choose a talk, a workshop, or a half-day or full-day package. Share some details in the inquiry form below and I'll follow up with options.

How do private appointments work?

Each employee has a private 20-minute one-to-one conversation with Tali to talk through what's getting in the way and build a personalized two-week starting plan, a next step, and a fallback for busy weeks.

How many appointments are included, and is follow-up available?

The half-day package includes eight and the full-day package includes twelve. Additional appointments and optional virtual follow-up sessions can be added.

What information is shared with the employer?

Employees receive their own plans. Any feedback shared with your organization summarizes common themes and never identifies individuals.

Can we record the session?

Group presentations can be recorded by arrangement. Tell me how your organization plans to use the recording, and I'll include the appropriate option in your proposal. Private planning appointments are never recorded.
